Privacy Policy

1. Who We Are

This Privacy Policy explains how Coherent Analytics, Inc. (“Coherent Analytics,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in connection with coherentanalytics.io (the “Site”). It covers the Site only — it does not describe how a future Fendrun product or customer deployment would handle data, which would be addressed in a separate agreement once such a deployment exists.

2. Information We Collect

As the Site exists today, it has no account creation, no forms, and no cookies or client-side tracking or analytics scripts. As a result:

• Information you provide directly. If you email us (for example, at hello@coherentanalytics.com) to request a walkthrough or ask a question, we receive whatever you choose to include in that message — typically your name, email address, and the content of your message.
• Standard hosting logs. Like virtually any website, the infrastructure that serves this Site (our hosting/CDN provider) automatically logs basic technical information for security and reliability purposes — such as IP address, browser type, and request timestamps. We do not separately collect, aggregate, or analyze this data for marketing purposes; it exists as a standard function of web hosting infrastructure, and we do not operate any analytics platform layered on top of it today.
• Fonts. The Site loads typefaces from Google Fonts. Depending on your browser, this may involve a request to Google's font-serving infrastructure; Google's own privacy practices govern that request. We do not otherwise embed third-party trackers, pixels, or advertising scripts on this Site.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information described above only to respond to your inquiry, operate and secure the Site, and understand at a basic infrastructure level whether the Site is reachable and performing correctly. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for targeted advertising.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell or rent personal information. We may share information with service providers who help us operate the Site (such as our hosting provider), each acting on our behalf, or if required to do so by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Coherent Analytics, Inc. or others.

5. Data Retention

We retain email correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to and document the inquiry, or as required by applicable law. Standard hosting logs are retained according to our hosting provider's own default retention practices.

6. Cookies

This Site does not currently set cookies or use browser local storage for tracking. If that changes as the Site grows — for example, if we add analytics to better understand traffic — we will update this Policy and its “Last updated” date accordingly, and note here what changed.

7. Children's Privacy

This Site is intended for a business and professional audience and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Your Choices

Because the Site does not maintain user accounts, the primary personal information we hold is whatever correspondence you've sent us directly. You may contact us at any time to ask what correspondence we have on file for you, or to request that we delete it, subject to any legal or legitimate business record-keeping requirement to retain it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, particularly as the Site and product evolve. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision.
