These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of coherentanalytics.io (the “Site”), operated by Coherent Analytics, Inc. (“Coherent Analytics,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Site is an informational and marketing site describing Fendrun, a runtime security product currently in active development. At this stage, the Site does not offer an account system, a customer login, e-commerce, or any mechanism to purchase or provision the product online. Any evaluation, pilot, or design-partner arrangement is established separately, directly with our team, and would be governed by its own written agreement rather than by these Terms.

2. Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful, personal, and informational purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or regulation;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its infrastructure, or any related systems;

The Site and its original content — including text, graphics, the Fendrun and Coherent Analytics names, and associated logos — are the property of Coherent Analytics, Inc. or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Trademark rights in these names and marks are asserted; some are still in the process of formal clearance and registration and their protected status may change. No license to use any of the foregoing is granted by your use of the Site, beyond viewing its public pages for their intended informational purpose.

The Site may describe the product's architecture, roadmap, detection capabilities, or current development stage.
